The shadows and lines in this picture reminded me of a scenic view. The shadows reminded me of mountains and the water with the ripples of lines reminded me of the sky filled with clouds.
When we watched the video in class, I thought it was very creative how Andy Goldsworthy used shadows. In this picture I was trying to give the shadows life. There is passion and emotion in this picture. Even though I used shadows my imagination allowed me to see color in this picture. I hope other classmates can visually create and give this picture true color based on what their eyes have seen.
For this Site specific picture I wanted to show the impact of lines. If I'm not mistaken, the lines shown in the pools reflection are
Implied Lines. I took this picture because I was looking for lines that captured movement and this was a good example I that. I really like how the flow of water can be aggressive and soothing.
